webdesigns.lk is published by WEB DESIGNS LANKA, registered in Sri Lanka (Reg. No. D 21177). It describes our products and services. It is not a shop: nothing is sold or paid for on this site.

Information and prices

Descriptions, timelines and any prices shown are indicative and are confirmed in a written quotation before work starts. A quotation, once accepted, is the agreement that governs a project - not this page.

Paying for project work

Design and development work is invoiced as the accepted quotation says. Invoices can be paid by bank transfer or by card through PayHere, our payment gateway. What is delivered, when it is paid for and what happens if a project is cancelled are set out in the quotation.

Our products

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to settle it with you. Any dispute that cannot be settled this way will be decided by the courts of Sri Lanka.
