A written quotation follows a first conversation, usually within one working day, and it is the number that governs the project: fixed for the agreed scope, with changes priced before they are done rather than discovered on the invoice. How fast will the site actually be?
Under two seconds to the largest content on a mid-range Android over 4G is the target we build to and measure. It is met by pre-rendering every page, self-hosting fonts, encoding images to AVIF and shipping almost no JavaScript — not by a caching plugin bolted on afterwards.
Will it rank on Google and appear in AI answers?
No one can promise a position. What we can promise is that nothing about the build will hold it back: clean HTML, structured data, crawlers allowed in explicitly, and pages written as answers to real questions — which is the same work Google and AI engines both reward.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes, if you want to. Content lives in plain files in a repository you own; a change is a commit. If you would rather send us the change, that is included in a maintenance arrangement.
Do you use WordPress?
Not for new sites. A hand-built static site is faster, cheaper to host and has nothing to patch. We will happily take over an existing WordPress site, and often the first job is moving it off.
